submitted by Yarelis W. - |Recommended: YesNice place — Me and my family living here for over 4 years now and the area is nice and peaceful most of the time and I enjoy it here and so do my kids. The only thing to me would be an area for kids to play I would just recommend taking the kids to the park because the highway is right there but other than that its well price, quiet and if service is needed it is taken care of right away. Nice landlord aswell.

The landlord, and maintenance are phenomenal. My view overlooks the river which is calm and peaceful with an un obstructed view of each sunrise. What more could you ask for.

Family owned can't get any better then that. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great apartment, wonderful staff, and great pricing. I have lived at Top of the Hill Apartments and paid way to much for very little what this place compares to. A++++
